Ideally placed between the Central and South Pier just off the promenade so you have easy access to the trams, and all Blackpool attractions including The famous Blackpool Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower, the Beach, Blackpool Madame Tussuads and Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
Our continuous refurbishment programme ensures that all our rooms are tastefully decorated, with your enjoyment and satisfaction our top priorities. All our bedrooms are fully en-suite all have under gone full or part refurbishment with central heating and double glazing throughout, and range from Single to Family. Unfortunately we only take children aged 4 and upwards. All are equipped with, alarm clock, shaver points, tea and coffee making facilities, remote control LCD TVs with freeview, Ipod docking stations, hairdryers, towels, and toiletries. Ironing boards in room (ask at reception for iron).
We now have 3 premier rooms: 2 Executive King and 1 King, all have 32 inch lCD TV with freeview and dressing gowns.

We pride ourselves on the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will love our complimentary breakfasts which include fruit juice, cereal, full English Breakfast, toast and preserves and of course tea or coffee. For those not wishing to indulge we can provide a continental breakfast or why not try our healthy option (The Arthington Snowfall) granola topped with yoghurt, chopped fresh fruit and honey. We also cater for vegetarians (please inform at time of booking).
